  • Where's my order: All orders received before 4pm Monday - Friday are dispatched on the same day, You will have received a tracking number with your order so you can track your parcel direct with Royal Mail.  If you were not home to receive the delivery then the courier may have left the parcel with one of your neighbours or in a safe area on your property, such as in a porch or garden shed. In this event the courier will post a note through your door to tell you where the parcel is.

 

  • Can I track my order:You will have received a tracking number for your purchase, enabling you to tack your item with Royal Mail.
  • How do I exchange/refund my order: It is simple to exchange or return your item for a refund, as long as the item is in it's original packaging with tags a full refund will be given. Simply follow the information sheet received with your item stating the reason for return and post back to us.
  • Do I have to create an account with you to make a purchase: No you dont need to create an account, however creating an account enables your visit to our web site to be quick and easy.
  • I've received the wrong item or size: In the unlikely event of receiving the wrong item or size, you will receive a full refund for any postage costs incurred.
  • When will my order arrive: Please allow the specified delivery time dependent on which delivery service you have opted for, If you have not received your item by the estimated date of delivery, you are able to track your parcel through Royal Mail tracking.

  • What are your opening hours: Our office opening hours are 9am - 5pm Monday till Friday except on Bank Holidays.
  • How do I add or delete an item from my order:If you need to elimminate an item from your order, you must do so before you place your order by removing the item from your Shopping basket. However, if you would like to remove an item after you have placed your order you are required to email Intrend clothing before your order is dispatched.
  • How do I cancel my order: You are eligible to cancel your order regarding you email Intrend Clothing before your order has been dispatched, receiving a full refund. 
  • Can I change the delivery address: When you check-out, you can change your shipping address when you enter your information. If, however, you need to change the shipping address after you have placed your order, you must email Intrend Clothing before it is dispatched.
  • Do you have a size chart: Yes we have a size chart giving UK, EUR, and US sizes.
